Purchasing A Bidet
The bidet is the toilet of choice for much of the post-industrialized world, however, it is somewhat uncommon in the States.
Toilet manufacturers would be happy as can be if we all went out and bought one, but firstly we require to know what exactly a bidet is.
The bidet is, strangely, the French word for pony. Bider in old French, means to trot. just as one rides a pony, so it was thought that one rode a bidet. It is, in fact, the most hygienic way of using a toilet, not that riding a toilet sounds especially appealing.
There is still no absolutely proven inventor of the bidet. The first written reference was in 1710 when it was used in the bedroom. With the arrival of important plumbing improvements, it shifted to the bathroom by the 20th century.
The electronic bidet was made in 1960 and had an attachment which joins the traditional bidet to the conventional toilet arrangements. Nowadays, you may choose between either a separate toilet and bidet or the two combined.
So, what exactly does it do? Well, to put it quite simply, when it is turned on, it sends out a soothing ...
... stream of water to clean your bottom. You then have the choice of using toilet paper as well, but that is dependent on your preference.
Compared to wiping with toilet paper alone it is more hygienic. Yes, studies have proven it.
Japan and South Korea developed it further in 1980 by bring in paperless toilets. These have a combination toilet and bidet, and the bidet also dries the user after washing. In the middle of the night you will no longer run out of toilet paper.
You may even improve this combination by adding a toilet seat warmer, for those of you who live in colder climes.
These combination bidets have been very popular, especially in hotels. They are now sold in the States and are becoming popular in a number of of our prime institutions and businesses. You may, therefore, purchase them for your house if this is of interest.|If this is of interest, you may purchase them for your house.
Around the earth the cost of a bidet is less than in the States as a result of them being common. In the Middle East, where might pick up a unit for USD$20, they are the least expensive. Nonetheless, as their popularity increases, their price will come down.
Stores in the States are now offering bidet attachments which could be fitted to traditional toilets. Toilet seat bidet attachments can even include remote controls, particularly for use by the elderly to activate the water jets and air dryer.
The prices of these vary significantly depending upon requirements. You may choose from a variety of possibilities. There are a variety of possibilities from which it is possible for you to choose. There are a wide range of designs, a number luxurious, others less exotic. There are heated up seats, pulsating streams, adjustable heat streams and built-in dryers.
So, you may purchase a seat or attachment to be used with your conventional toilet or you may purchase an ordinary bidet to sit in your bathroom separately beside your toilet. And you may choose from a range of extras.
Then, to cap it all off, you may invite your neighbours in to have a try of your new toilet!
