It is not possible to have any business with no computers and Internet these days. It is practically unthinkable for any kind of business in any part of the world. Whether you are into the construction and real estate line, retailing, manufacturing and services sector, computers and Internet are everywhere. All of them depend on software applications for their business. All are looking for good software applications and higher and higher Internet speed. Now there are t1 t3 Service Providers in Internet sector. That is why there are so many t3 service providers.
In earlier times, there was only t1 and was accepted as the standard in the advanced countries such as US and Japan. As for other countries, there was only E1 something which was generally incompatible. But with the coming of t2 and t3 have come up now and proved to be more reliable in terms of speed and security. As a result the optical fiber has taken the place of copper in many t1 cables.
Though a t3 connection peaks to nearly 45 mbps is somewhat expensive but it is worth it the cost invested. A t1 internet access service provider connects reasonably for ...
... any average business. But you could go for the t3 connection if your clients are having difficulties connecting to the Web. So, you might have to change from t1 to t3 if customers are facing difficulties in communication because of increased traffic to the site. Else, your customers would switch to Internet service providers and make you obsolete.
You could also increase from t1 to t3 at affordable costs. It needs to use partial t3 line. This way, it would be helpful to you though you would not get the full capacity. There would not be 45 mbps but it would be much better than the previous t1. So you could try it out and see what advantages and disadvantages you are facing. In case things do not work out you always have the opportunity to switch to full t1 line.
A t3 or dsl3 line is of two types. One is the fiber and the other is the coaxial. There is no place for paired wires here that is used in t1 connection. One of the cost factors is the location of your place from the ISP's office. This way, costs are high in semi-urban areas or rural areas and much less in the urban areas.
The author is experienced in the ISP industry and here he talks about t1 t3 internet service providers for business. He focuses on converting t1 connection to t3 connection or switching to t3 connection altogether.
