Our life are not so simple as most of us know we have a work issues and family problems and personal issues too, mean while when we bother in our problems we don't notice to the food we eat and never give attention to the fact that the last time we make sport was long time ago.
Mean while our stomach get grow and we still don't give it attention then we need our diet program.
we are too much bother in our issues that we don't give us the needed attention, we take care us at least, how we say all time? I will be ok I just need to fix couple of thing and then I will be ok but that's not true first of all we need to solve our problems and then take the rest issues with more convenient.
So the first thing I want to talk about it is our eating, we have to give it our best attention, why is that? Because our food can effect our all time, that's right!!! , people that eat junk food get fat and they never full so they eat more, and what about people that love desserts they eat allot of sugar and what sugar can make? We have to eat as right, never miss a meal, to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner and not eat not to full your stomach just to be satiated and to limit are sugar stuff to a more healthy life .
