To rich our healthy lifestyle there is couple of things that we always have to have in our mind
1. The first its sport
2. The second his are food
3. Our schedule or more correct our day formation
4. Our bad habits
This is a session of 2 articles about the topic and this is the first article, today we are going to talk about the first thinks that's right, sport . People that sport our not a part from them life our in bad problem and its get bigger as the age get, people that don't make any kind of sport can never get this incredibly young great feeling look about those sports man have you never see 50 years runner that looks like 60 ?
I believe the answer is not, because that people that have sport in their schedule on a constant base, 3 times in a week that way each 2 days or maximum 3 they have an activity that help them to stay young and to stay healthy, sport help you to lose unnecessary fat and cholesterol and improve your blood pressure and make your metabolism better , only this benefits help you to stay far away behind you most of the sickness you can get.
