Prenatal Training Program helps to prepare your body for the ease of birth, by various training programs like:
Belly Training which mainly concentrates on teaching diaphragmatic breathing techniques and abdomen floor exercises. The breathing technique regenerate the diaphragm muscles to breathe properly and helps women to breathe down the baby and not push out the baby.
Functional Training consists of normal floor workouts to activate the body and helps in well functioning of the muscles contraction. Regular exercising helps women to maintain her body shape after normal painless childbirth.
Labor Training includes cardiovascular exercises used mainly to increase the heart beat rate. The exercises makes your body fatigue for the duration of 30-90 seconds which is equivalent to the time duration, an abdomen contraction may last.
