When doing multiple reps of a given exercise, count backwards from your goal. That way, you will know how many really remain, and you will stay motivated to complete them.

If you want to jump start your workout, try kickboxing. It is one great way to work many muscles and work up a sweat. You will burn calories and gain strength.

In order to keep motivated on their weight loss program, most people need to see immediate results. Do not always weigh yourself, but keep some clothes you do not fit into around. At the end of each week, put these clothes on and see how tight they feel. If you're doing things right, they will probably fit you comfortably soon enough.
