Jts Institute Reviews Scope Of Ias In India

The entrance examination for this post of IAS Office is conducted by UPSC. The candidates who clear this examination hold key positions in the Union Government, State Governments and Public Sector Undertakings. This is a challenging examination throughout our country. If given a view every year almost 5,50,000 students appear for this examination but only 850 (approx) are able to crack it. The examination is conducted in three main stages namely preliminary examination, Main examination and the Interviews.

The preliminary examination is an objective paper which has two parts in it and one has to appear for both parts on same day. There is proper course content which includes various subjects for the preparation of these preliminary examinations which a candidate can refer. Once a candidate has cleared this examination, he is then eligible for Mains. One can then appear in the Main Examination for which he is given options to select from. To appear in this examination one to first clears some eligibility criteria. It has three key points that is education qualification, age criteria and attempt limits.

... holding a degree from any recognized university in any discipline or is a final year student who will be getting the degree by July of the exam year is eligible to appear in this examination. A candidate who is between the age group 21-30 years can appear for this post. Relaxation is given in case of reserved category (relaxation for reserved category). A general category student can appear for this examination for times, a candidate belonging to OBC category can appear six times where as candidate belonging to SC and ST category do not have any limit to appear for this examination.

If we talk about the scope of civil services we come to know the scope of Indian Administrative Service is very wide in our country. The main scope for these services is the service which involves decision making at the higher end of Government hierarchy. In this the sensitivity of the job and those who are eligible for this position also play an important role in the scope of civil services in our country. Today this position in the government of India is the most respected position throughout the country. These services act as the strength of the Indian government system on which the local administration of different states runs.

These services not only give a candidate respect but also build a strong pace for his career. They not only enhance the personality of a candidate but also increase the mental alertness and critical power of a person. In a country like India where there are less opportunities due to increasing competition these examinations gives a fair chance to all the citizens of our country to reach a respectable post. In a developing country like India the scope of civil services is very wide and is increasing with the increasing competition. With this post these candidates who clear IAS examination are given power, authority and status.

With this respected position of an India Administrative Service officer on can lead a high status life. This job not only gives status to a person but also gives job security and satisfaction. The prestige and power that comes along with these top-notch jobs is a definite reason for anybody to join this profession. In India not only the scope of Civil Services is increasing but the respect for the officers and their status is also increasing with the competition.
