How To Keep A Healthy Lifestyle Per.1

Our life are not so simple as most of us know we have a work issues and family issues and personal issues as well, mean while when we bother in our issues we don't notice to the food we eat and never give attention to the fact that the last time we make sport was 2 years ago. Mean while a stomach get bigger and we still don't give it attention.
we are too much bother in our problems that we don't give us the needed attention we take care to us last, how we say all the time I will be ok I just need to fix couple of thing and then I will be already fine but that's not true first we need to solve our problem and then take the rest issues with more convenient.
So the first thing I want to talk about it is our food, we have to give it are attention why? Because food can effect are all day, that's right!!! , people that eat junk food get fat and they never satisfied so they eat more, and what about people that love candies and desserts they eat allot of sugar and what sugar can make? It's make you tired and uncondensed and to reduce your effectiveness in work.
We have to eat as right never miss a meal to eat breakfast, ...
... lunch & dinner not eating to full your stomach just to be satiated and to limit are chocolate and candy stuff to a better life .
