The Cleveland Browns have been stuck at the bottom of the AFC North for longer than their price per head fans have cared to see, and rebuilding has been a constant theme for this team. The optimism begins with an offense that will be guided by new coordinator Norv Turner, who has always been better in the OC role than as a head coach. Cornerback Joe Haden is an elite talent, and will have third-round pick Leon McFadden and Chris Owens battling for the starting job on the other side of a defense that should be much stronger this live betting season.
