Pregnant women should stay away from kitty litter. Toxoplasmosis is a disease that can be caught from infected from cat feces. It can lead to miscarriage, birth defects and still birth.
Avoid alcohol and drugs
Smoking and drinking alcohol is a well-known danger for both the mother and baby. Even secondhand smoking is dangerous. Exposure to smoke can cause impulsive abortion, low-weight full-term babies, pre-term births and fetal or infant deaths.
Avoid Caffeine
Try to restrict the consumption of caffeine during pregnancy. Caffeine increases the possibility of miscarriage and low birth weight.
Avoid excessive exercise
Exercise is good during pregnancy, but you should do it in moderation.. High impact exercise or weight lifting should be avoided. If you must exercise then, walking is very good for you and the baby.
