Cut Your Remodeling Budget In Half By Using Rta Cabinets

We renovated our kitchen last year and saved about two thousand dollars on kitchen cabinets. We had a budget of about ten thousand dollars for our kitchen project and we assumed that most of that would be used for kitchen cabinets. We wanted to go with something nice and were willing to spend the money to get that high end kitchen look. What we found online surprised us and literally cut our budget in half.
We were set to buy Aristokraft cabinets. They are a name brand, very nice and very expensive. Our budget was seven thousand ($7,000) for kitchen cabinets and three thousand ($3,000) for the rest of the kitchen. This did not include appliances. We had all new appliances from previous wedding gifts and house warming items. We looked at several kitchen cabinet brands and also surfed online. We found some great looking cabinets, but were appalled at the prices. We knew we would be spending a lot of money, but this part of our project (the kitchen cabinets) was taking over seventy percent (70%) of our budget. We thought we had no other choice and were about to commit to these cabinets, when a stroke of luck ...
... led us in another direction.
While watching a home improvement show we learned about RTA kitchen cabinets. Or in other words - ready to assemble kitchen cabinets. These cabinets come in a box and our easy/ready to assemble in a few minutes. I had never heard of them before and wondered if the quality could be there. In fact the better RTA kitchen cabinets are made of solid wood faced cabinets and paneled wood sides - no particle board. In fact, even some of the better assembled cabinets had particle board, so not only were these cabinets a better price, but they were about thirty percent less in cost.
I had to learn more about these RTA kitchen cabinets so I went online and did a Google search. Typing in RTA kitchen cabinets produced a good amount of leads and from this I took the first few of the non paid searches and went through the respective sites. (Note - I always avoid the paid searches at the top and right side of any search engine). I quickly learned that buying RTA kitchen cabinets and RTA bathroom vanities was easy and convenient online. The better sites explained the procedure and also gave a great price guarantee.
At the end of my research I concluded that buying RTA kitchen cabinets was the right move to make. When I put them side by side with the assembled cabinets, I could not tell the difference. It was a great looking cabinet and the price was right. What also helped was the fact that I found the cabinets online, had the product delivered right to my door and did not have to go to a store to pick the cabinets up. From all of this I recommend RTA kitchen cabinets and also keep in mind; RTA bathroom vanities - I have since used both products and I am happy with the money I saved and the quality of the cabinets.
