You Will Find Yourself Smiling Ear To Ear

With more and more facts and research being done, it is clear that meditation can be a key component to great health and to help you live the life you love. I wanted to share with you a simple technique that you can use daily to center and ground yourself. This article comes from what of my great colleagues Aly from the Healing Corner and More.
So many times we find ourselves having one of those days where we feel so disconnected and not centered or focused on the tasks we are trying to complete. The day is marred with dropping things, bumping into walls and forgetting why we just walked into the room.
This can certainly create a spiral effect that can lead to frustration, anger and self-berating.
Below is a very simple and fast technique that I have used so many times that now it’s as natural to me in my daily routine as checking my email. It’s easy, fast and can be done while sitting anywhere.
Get comfortable in your chair, fully leaning back into it. Place both feet flat on the floor and do not cross your legs or ankles. Place your arms so that they hang alongside of you and your chair ...
... with your palms facing the ground.
Close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths while really paying attention to your breathing. Feel your lungs fill up with air and your diaphragm expand and contract. This begins to center yourself as you are becoming focused on the here and now.
Start to visualize roots the size of the biggest tree you have ever seen growing out of the bottom of your feet and the palms of your hands. See these roots growing deep into the Earth, twisting and intertwining themselves throughout. As these roots expand and push through, picture them soaking up the incredible energy of our Mother Earth and all the vibrant colors and nutrients she has to offer. Feel these things coming up the roots and into your body as the nourishment they are meant to be.
While you are bringing those grounding energies into your body, visualize a large round beam of light coming from the Universe into the top of your head and fueling your body, mind and soul with energy, light & love while you send back those same feelings to the Universe.
You can stay with these feelings within this meditation for as long as you feel you need to. Once you feel comfortable with this brief meditation, you can ground and center yourself within seconds of the simple visualization.”
I hope you enjoyed this great exercise. I want to mention that this is one of the healthy habits that I use daily and it has been very valuable to me. Not only is it valuable to your health but it will be helpful for you to unlock your inner knowledge and wisdom potential to create wealth in all areas of your life.
