Indian Bridal Wear – 3 Beautiful Looks
Indian brides are definitely some of the most beautiful in the world. The colours of the elaborately designed dresses, the breathtaking jewellery and the traditional motifs that are always a part of Indian bridal couture make them look like a beautiful vision.
Every bride go an exta mile to look just perfect on her wedding. If your wedding is round the corner and you are unsure about your look, here are three beautiful looks that you could consider.
Look 1: Crimson Banarasi elegance
Nothing complements an Indian bride as beautifully as a saree. The good thing is that a saree is just a six yard long piece of cloth. So, you have all the freedom in the world to experiment with different styles. Go for a red Banarasi saree for your wedding. Choose an elaborate one with heavy floral work, the typical Mughal inspired motifs and gold embellishments. To add a unique effect to the saree, you can overlay a red jail cloth on some parts of the saree such as the pleat area. you can also use the jail to create additional patterns of the saree. You can also experiment with two red sareers, each with a different pattern. ...
... Get them stitched together to add more drama to the saree.
For the jewellery, choose emeralds of diamonds. The bright white and green jewellery complements the red bridal look beautifully. When your clothing ensemble is so stunning, you should keep the makeup simple.
Look 2: Fuchsia and silver magic
Fuchsia is another grand colour that looks nothing less than regal. However, the beauty of fuchsia comes out best when it is embellished in silver. For your wedding, choose a lehnga in this combination. You can have the lehnga custom designed and embellished with pearls, zardosi, silver kundans and silver sequins. The dupatta can be done in sheer fabric embellished with silver and pink motifs. For the dupatta, you can choose a different shade of pink, perhaps a lighter shade, to balance out the overwhelming fuchsia.
Diamond jewellery set in platinum or precious white gold looks great with this look. As for the makeup, you can go for a slightly heavy look. Fuschia lips look beautiful. Complement the bright lips with silver eye shadow and dark black outlines for the eyes.
Look 3: Green and gold fantasy
Green, the colour of fertility and prosperity, is a perfect choice for brides. Team it up with gold embellishments and you have a perfect bridal look. To make your look more dramatic, you can blend three green sarees of varying shades. Just make sure the darkest shade of green is not very dark since it begins to border on blackish, which ruins the look of the dress. Gold goes beautifully well with all shades of green. Wear an emerald green dupatta to complete the look.
When you wear green, you cannot compromise with emerald jewellery. You can also go in for green kundan sets done with semi-precious stones. Get them set in pale gold for a well matched look. For the makeup, highlight your eyes with bold green tints for eye shadow. Select pink lipstick and apply a light pink shade of blush.
Get creative with your wedding ensemble and look beautiful on your special day with gorgeous Indian bridal wedding dress.
