Is Now The Time To Invest In Spanish Property?

There's risk attached to pretty much everything when it comes to playing with your hard earned cash, the Spanish property bubble expanded and burst, then the market faced a stale flatlining period which potential buyers simply held back waiting for something to happen, that "something" was for priced to fall or to bottom out completely. Nobody is quite sure if it has completely bottomed out, so there is still an element of risk in some people's in whether prices are going to fall further.
Banks didn't off sell properties for massive losses as this would have put the coffers in even greater in the red, however with the new bailout of the banks we could see property prices fall dramatically and banks finally off loading the over priced stock that they have been sitting on for far too long. Again, this is all if's but's and maybe's however it is increasingly likely now as the banks will now look to clean up and shape up.
