Making A Checklist To Evaluate Management Colleges Delhi
Delhi, being the capital of the second most populous country in the world, has always been a center of learning and education right since the pre-independence era. It is known for imparting quality education in a variety of streams such as commerce, science and arts. Due to the presence of a large number management colleges Delhi offers, the quality of education has significantly improved as each college tries to outdo the other in various facets. Selecting the best college for studying management after graduation thus becomes a difficult task. Here are a few tips for evaluating the colleges and reaching to a nice conclusion. Hope it helps you.
• College campus: If people say that ‘education’ is the sole reason they attend college for, they would be lying. College campus plays a great role in the way people enjoy their college life and absorb what it has to offer. Without a good campus, college life can get intensely dull and make the student spend more hours away from college than inside it. Good avenues for playing sports, a good library that is modern and offers updated books and a nice canteen that offers refreshing ...
... food are essential for the overall well being of the students. Make sure how the college campus is.
• Student to teacher ratio: Determining the student to teacher ratio is an important criterion while deciding which college to opt for. A college that has a relatively low teacher to student ratio ensures that the teacher will pay greater attention to the students on an individual basis. Where there’s a high student to teacher ratio, there are much more students than the teachers can handle. It leaves the teacher no time to answer the individual queries of students. Make sure you have your preference towards a college that offers a low ratio.
Qualification of the teachers: Since it is the teachers who will eventually impart knowledge, it is important to know where they come from. If they are themselves under qualified or come from a college that’s relatively oblivious to people, chances are that they will not be able to teach you much. Make sure that the teachers are highly qualified for providing MBA Education. They should be holders of MBA degrees from prestigious colleges first, to be able to teach in other prestigious colleges!
There are a lot of other minor factors that come into play while deciding the college. For example, you should ask the college if they use the latest techniques for teaching. Do they have projector screens for making effective presentations? Also, if they are charging an exorbitantly high fee without any scope of recovery, you might as well choose a college that costs lesser but pays enough after the degree!
