Why Emotional Intelligence Matters

Honestly, there’s no magic formula to make kids emotionally intelligent overnight. It’s all about small, daily interactions—those little moments add up. And yeah, sometimes they’ll still freak out over silly things or clamp up during a class presentation, but with practice? They get better at riding those emotional waves, instead of getting knocked under.
