Zinc: it is one of the important minerals that performs many functions in body like synthesizing enzymes, building immune system and preserves our senses of smell and taste.

Immune boosting vitamins are not just for cold and flu season, they are part of an everyday prevention approach. People can get the vitamins from food to boost their immune but a lot of people find it easier to take vitamin supplements. One must take care that he is not getting the enough vitamins, more than daily requirement. Immune system works at its fullest capability when you provide supplement to your body along with sufficient amount of sleep, adequate water intake and sanitation.
