For an instance there are a number of cases where biological evidences are need to be tested in the forensic lab such as rape, murder, etc. In other words it is useful whenever there is anything related to proof of identity through biological evidences. Whether it is saliva, blood or vaginal epithelial cells the report can make the scene very clear. However DNA for immigration brings it to the common man.

DNA is also known as genetic carrier and in long structure it is known as the chromosome which decides one’s personality. In other words we can say it is the true mirror of one’s personality and by no means, it can be changed, which makes it the prime evidence of identity proof.

As we all know in US one need to sponsor his/her relative in order to bring him/her to back to the ...
... country through embassy. That means the most important thing for a petitioner is to prove his/her relationship with the beneficiary. Generally we produce birth certificate or any such document that can prove the relationship but difficulty arises when these are not considered as sufficient evidence. In that case you may be requested for the DNA test.

There are a number of DNA testing labs in USA. However choose an experienced lab as it is a very important matter and any single wrong step can delayed your program. Initially one need to complete the paper work part as without the recommendation paper from USCIS no DNA test immigration can be progressed by any lab. So the moment you finished the paper work part can contact to the lab. You need to send all your detail information along with the recommendation paper and half or full payment for the DNA test. Once these all procedures will over they send the sample collection kit with your detail information to the respective US immigration department in the foreign country.

Cheek swab is considered as the DNA sample for immigration process which will be done in front of the panel of physician. You do not need to worry about the shipping of the sample as after its collection the immigration department will forward this to the lab.
