Abuse on the elderly can come from various individuals and entities, including care custodians, residential care facilities for the elderly, nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities, adult day care centers, caregivers, hospitals, solicitors, and even family members. It is up to the elder abuse lawyers to face the attorneys representing these people in order to exact justice and compensation for the victim. Additionally, they must know the laws and statutes pertaining to harm on elderly as well as the rules and regulations governing public social institutions.
