It is very important to stay healthy, so that you can enjoy life to the fullest. There are several ways that you can do this. Diet is the most essential, but exercise is also a vital part of staying healthy.

Diet: Sadly most of us do not eat properly and this is why we do not always feel our best. This affects our lifestyle and the way we live. The best diet to keep healthy is a natural one with whole grains and fiber rich foods. You should replace junk food with fruits and vegetables. Sodas and sweet drinks can be replaced with natural fruit juice extracts and of course water.

Exercise: is an important part of staying healthy. There are several alternatives here. You can go to the gym and exercise with others. Sometimes this can motivate you and keep you from slacking off. Or if you are really serious you can get a home gym like Bowflex and exercise on your own. However the simplest way to exercise is to take a walk or jog everyday.

Maintaining weight: to stay healthy you need to maintain your weight. Once you have reached your optimum weight you will need to maintain it. You can do this by applying both ...
... diet and exercise as mentioned above.

The role of water and fiber in staying healthy: a large part of our body’s weight is made up of water. This element is so important to us that without it we will die in a few days. To stay healthy we should ideally drink 8 glasses of fluid per day and most of this should be water, however very few of us manage to do this. When you do not drink enough water you will find that your health will go down as your mental powers diminish and your body starts breaking down. You will feel tired and experience constipation. Constipation is an insidious problem and affects your whole body. When waste matter builds up in your system you will also get an increase in toxins. This can have serious effects on your health. Other problems soon follow.

How Goji equips your immune system: Drinking Goji juice or eating the fruits, dried or fresh, will help you to stay healthy. This is because Goji has some of the highest levels of anti toxins of any food. It is also rich in minerals and vitamins.
