Training In Sports Physical Therapy With Ankle Injuries
Ankle injuries are the most repetitive injuries in sports that involve running and jumping. Ankle braces are used as support tool for athletes after NJ Physical Therapy. There is no evidence that show that high top or other shoe designs prevent ankle sprains. The high tops are particularly used for basketball players to increase their comfort level during their movements incorporating ankle exercises taught in a physical therapy center will help manage the ankle injuries while the athlete can progress with their training.
