When most people still struggling to improve their healthy and blessing life, many were failed, why ? don't they know it , it is not so hard to keep a healthy and rewarding life.

Quitting the cigarette smoking is just about the most essential health and fitness strategies at any age but while you become old, you're going to listen to it progressively more from medical practitioners and experts. Smoking doesn't only result in cancer, but it will undoubtly accelerate aging of the face. You will develop more lines around the eyes and mouth.
Keep your body hydrated to reduce the affects of aging on your skin. Our skin is one of the first things to show the signs of dehydration with sunken eyes and leathery skin. Keep up your water intake and make sure to eat foods that are high in water content like cucumbers and oranges.

Laughter is very good for you. It keeps your spirits high and keeps the blood flowing. It will increase positive hormones in your body that will help to eliminate some of the toxins in your blood stream. Laugh until you have to gasp for breath. Reduce the amount of stress that you put on yourself. You do not have to do everything for everyone in your life. If the people in your life have learned to depend on you for things that they could very well do on their own, let them do it themselves more often. Then you can relax more.
Keep a close friend or best buddy on speed dial so you can talk to them about anything at anytime. If you are able to find at least one person that you can tell anything, you are sure to relieve the burdens that you may carry if you do not let those thoughts out. Do not get stuck in your old ways. The world is changing around you and to think that things will never change is just plain foolish. Evolve to meet the changes and embrace them.
Accepting these changes can lead to wonderful adventures for you even through your golden years. When you age sometimes you feel you have earned the right to be an ornery individual and not treat people as well as you should. This could not be farther from the truth. In order for people to treat you with respect and dignity you must also show them the same respect and dignity. Many people attribute living to a ripe old age to having a good sense of humor! Life can get you down, but if you can laugh about it,
you stand a good chance of living longer. Laughter is healthy. It increases oxygen intake and makes you feel happy!
