However, even with the pill you need to change your habits to ensure a total lifestyle change.

For those of us who are suffering severe obesity, weight loss surgery or batriatic surgery is prescribed. When it comes to weight loss surgery there are two procedures which are in common practice. Restrictive surgery generally involves making the stomach smaller so that you feel full with less food intake. The other procedure is known as malabsorptive surgery which involves making the small intestines smaller in length or connecting it to a different part of the stomach. Malabsorptive basically makes you absorb less nutrients thus making you slimmer. Today’s surgeons prefer to use the two procedures in tandem. Note this surgery is only applicable to those suffering severe obesity and one should exhaust other options before choosing surgery. Each method of losing weight has its pros and cons, but the healthiest way is to have good eating habits and some exercise.
