The cricket practice nets are tied and suspended from the metal rails. The rails are then fixed to the ball bearings or runners. The height is enough to allow bowlers or spinners to give a ball flight when balling. The height serves a particular advantage that the ball will not eventually get stuck in the net.

How the cricket practice nets are used?

The nets are hung on the rails to fix them to the roof to allow the net to be drawn back from the position. It is tied up so as to create a big open area that would be suitable for performing activities. The open area gives space to perform various activities.

The cricket practice nets are usually white coloured; however, these are the indoor nets while the outdoor nets are black in colour. The idea is to ensure safety. The indoor nets come with less division poles. This means that there are lesser chances of the ball actually ricocheting off the pole, which can eventually bring in injury to the player.

The net is horizontally stretched to 20 meter in length. The cricket nets are found in two ...
... to five lanes that actually enable the players to practice with skill and dexterity. The indoor type nets have a kind of shield around them thus protecting the players from external haemorrhage. The reason is attributed to the canvas, which is much stronger than it is thought.

Remember the area surrounding the cricketer is the most sensitive area, where the cricketer has maximum chances of getting hits from balls from the bowler. Just like cricket nets are important, so is the trailer cover. As we know that nets protect cricketers from hitting balls, so is the trailer cover that protects the trailer from weather inflictions.

Thus, the bottom-line is all about SECURITY and playing safely
