You get the notary services almost daily at different tasks of your life. Especially if your job is somewhat about deeds, deals, documents, legal notices then no one gets better notary services than you. It's not his duty to set up your papers and then notarize it. You must take care of the wordings of your documents or papers. Otherwise you will face troubles with those papers. Drafting or giving you advice ‘how will you do it' is not their obligation. So don't hope that he will take care of it and you just submit the papers. Again the papers must not contain free spaces which can bring problems later if the blank spaces are fulfilled by some other person with the illegal wordings. During the notarization process you must be present there with your proper ID so that the notary public can recognize you and your sign and attest it. Lastly you should not think that you are legalizing your paper by notarizing it.
