3 Meals That Are Guaranteed To Help You Lose Belly Fat

Everywhere I look I see headlines on magazines or articles such as "5 New Weight Loss Foods", "Eat What You Want and Still Lose Weight", "Burn Fat with These Easy to Prepare Meals" and many more compelling titles. Many of them actually do deliver on their promise of giving you some healthy food choices but the truth is some of them don't. Now you probably can't tell the difference because of the way they label the foods these days but I want to show you something that is simply insane.

Let�s start with eggs. I bet right now at this moment you think eating just the egg whites is healthier than eating the cholesterol filled yolk, right? Egg yolks are actually the part of the egg that contains the most nutrition. In fact just recently in the news there has been a lot of talk about how eating whole eggs will help lower your bad cholesterol and raise your good. On top of that, you'd be surprised to find out that the yolk also acts as the "bonder" in allowing your body to absorb all the nutrients from both the egg white and egg yolk. Plus you and I both know whole eggs taste much better than plain and simple egg whites. ...

The next meal I am going to dive into is fatty chicken. When I say fatty chicken I really mean grilling or saut�ing chicken breast with extra virgin olive oil. Of course the olive oil is loaded with fat but don't worry these fats are very important for your body. In fact, if you are still following the "no/low fat diet" craze of the early 90's you are seriously doing your body so much harm. Your body uses these healthy fats as a tool for releasing the unhealthy fats that are already stored inside your body.

The third meal that I want to tell you about is almost a giving. But nonetheless I will remind you of it. You can buy a bag of certified organic mixed vegetables and your local grocery store for about $4.00
There are many ways to cook them. Some like to steam, some like to saut�, I like to bake. What I do is cut the veggies into uniform if they are not already cut the way I like them. Then I drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the middle and with my hands I mix it all together. Then I lay them out in a baking pan and throw them into the already preheated (350F) for about 30 minutes. The awesome thing about this mixed veggie meal is it's interchangeable with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
