Lake Guntersville in Alabama features 69,100 acres of
water and stretches nearly 75 miles long with 900
miles of shoreline. At this size it is the largest
lake in the state of Alabama. The surrounding area is
made up of 6,000 acres of woodlands and an eighteen
hole golf course. There are numerous campsites and
hiking trails to keep you busy on land, but the real
fun starts when you get in the water. There are no
shortage of boating activities that you can enjoy on
