Uterine Fibroids is regarded as the non-cancerous tumor that is found on the muscle layer and the linking tissue of uterus. Fibroids in uterus are a common problem for females in their phase of menopause. An ultrasound is made whereas contrast fluid is inserted into the uterus from the cervix by an injection. The fluid inside is envisioned in the endometrial hole and may sketch out if any sub-mucosal fibroids are inside the uterus or not. Uterine fibroids are also found in women who are on the verge of giving birth of a child. There is a risk for pregnant woman with uterine fibroids like bleeding or miscarriage.

One of the treatments for uterine fibroids is through surgical method. Fibroids in uterus can be removed by surgery and it might be done with the assistance of proficient surgeons. There are two well-known surgical methods for removing the fibroids such as hysterectomy and myomectomy. In the first case, the uterine fibroids are removed with entire uterus and in the second case fibroids only can be removed by laparoscope. Other methods are there but through these methods the location of uterine fibroids are destroyed but not removed. Therefore, there is a change to come back again for the uterine fibroids and that can be more injurious for health.

There are non-surgical methods also for healing the problem of uterine fibroids. The famous non-surgical method is hormonal treatment. Through this, the production of estrogen can be turned off from the ovaries. This hormonal treatment can be of three to six months and patient may face pre-menopause symptoms like dryness of vagina, hot flashes and others. There is another non-surgical treatment useful for the patient of uterine fibroids. The treatment is known as mifepristone. It is the medicine used for reducing the growth of fibroids than hormonal treatment.

Nevertheless, this type of treatment is not approved by US food and Drug Administration. There is another medicine for controlling the bleeding of the uterine fibroids patients’ i.e. Danazole. However, this medicine is having lots of side effects which also can adversely affect and injurious to health.

Organic treatment options are the most sought after when it comes to eliminate Uterine Fibroids permanently and naturally. Though Fibroids on Uterus are non cancerous benign tumors, but they still pose some kind of danger to the health of a woman.
