Indira Gandhi National Open University and Instituteof Industrial Managementfor Protection, Health and Environment (IGNOU-IIMSHE) here have joined hands with a Bangalore-based skill enhancement organization - The Podium - for introducing a course to develop domestic call centre experts, mainly for telecom industry. The course would start from Feb 13th 2012.
