In this stage it is essential to weigh yourself everyday so that you can keep the track of what you have been eating all the day and how it is affecting your body. if there are signs of weight gain,
then that is particularly the time when you should stop your calorie intake and restrict the diet plan.
The final stage is the permanent weight loss stage when you plan your diet so that the weight loss results can stay permanent in the long run. And this phase is again guided by motivation
when you are to see that you are correctly following the set lifestyle so that the results are permanent with the weight loss.
