Step 5: Create a home and land package
Once you have selected your home design and homesite choice, your WA home and land package can be sketched and priced.
Step 6: Pay deposit
All you need is $1,000 to secure your land and $1,500 deposit for your first home and you're almost there.
Step 7: Finalise your documentation
There are some documents that need to be finalised including land contracts and a Preliminary Contract Agreements with WA Housing Centre to start various works for your new home.
Step 8: Sit back and relax!!
