The oil of orange flower is effective in case of cold. The water is boiled in a vessel or in a facial sauna, adds 2-3 oil drops in it and inhales the vapor. This is to be taken two or three times in a day, helps in relieving cold.
Orange is beneficial in case of tooth disorders. Fruit is rich in vitamin C and it is helpful in strengthening bones, teeth and stops bleeding in gums. One has to take orange juice regularly on empty stomach for about 10-15 days.
The orange juice is mixed with 100 gm of coconut oil and then applied to scalp of the head with a gentle massage. This helps in growth of hair and prevents hair loss.
