(OTC: OGNA - News), on behalf of its shareholders and its board of directors, has engaged the law firm of Heygood, Orr, Reyes, Pearson & Bartolomei (www.reyeslaw.com) and charged them to aggressively prosecute an action against a number of parties, including InvestSource, Inc., as well as other individuals and entities, related to their dissemination of false and misleading information about the company.
