1. You must take fresh vegetables in large quantities especially which are high in nutrition.
2. Intake of lots of fruits and juices are also effective in detoxifying your liver.
3. You must make a habit of eating lemon in your diet. It will help in protein digestion due to the presence of hydrochloric acid in lemon.
4. Reduce the intake of fried items. Switch over to steamed and oil free food as they are healthy.
5. Avoid the intake of cigarettes, alcohol, fatty foods, processed foods, caffeine etc as all these items are carrier of toxins. Avoid outdoor dinning as it will ruin your detoxifying plan of liver.
6. Exercises are equally important for detoxifying your liver. So at least walk for 15-20 minutes daily. But avoid doing brisk walking.
