There are many people who suffer from hip pain. There may be many reasons for hip pain. Hip Resurfacing can be the best solution for the many younger people suffering from hip pain. It has been usually seen that people who have already have Hip Resurfacing surgery remain physically active for a longer time.

In Hip Resurfacing your hip socket is covered with a metal cup and your femoral head is covered with a metal cap during the surgery. Actually, our hip is a socket and ball joint where the thigh bone and pelvis meet together. When the leg moves, the ball of the thighbone i.e. the femoral head moves and rotates against the socket part of the pelvic bone i.e. acetabulum. In case you are suffering from any disease like arthritis or the hip joint has been damaged before due to any reason then it may cause problem for you because it will stop functioning properly and be more painful. Then there is no option left than Hip Resurfacing. In Hip Resurfacing the damaged surface of the hip socket is replaced by a socket in the shape of ...
... a shallow cup and the ball shaped bone at the top of the thigh is replaced by a cap in the form of a ball head. There is a small stem on the cap which is inserted into the top of the thigh bone and the cap moves within the cup.

Boomeritis can be defined as the fatigue or physical pain that your body feels after an overdone exercise routine during the weekend. There are many people who run about 10 miles during the weekend after sitting in the office for the whole week or they play tennis or volleyball thrice on Saturday and twice on Sunday and rest for the whole week. As a result they suffer form Boomeritis. Now the question is- whether there is any cure for Boomeritis?

The only cure for people suffering from Boomeritis is that it is essential to be active and do exercises regularly. Just playing or running during the weekends and doing nothing for the whole week will not help at all. If you exercise even thirty minutes a day you will definitely be free from Boomeritis.

Thus, Hip Resurfacing can be really beneficial for a person suffering from great hip pain and you can ward off Boomeritis by simply working out, playing or exercising regularly.
