Exercise reduces health problems, and it is a known fact by all. many do not want to realize the importance of an exercise in their life as they think nothing ever affect them, which is a myth, as one can be attacked by an acute or at least by a small health related issue if not taken precautions at the early stages itself. Many a times many individuals have to go through a lot of pain on their body for no major reason, but he reason would be somewhere connected to their earlier irresponsible activities i.e. some individuals might have strained them self by doing some vigorous activities and would have carried some heavy things for a longer distance many a times, which would have taken a toll on their body parts, which would prove dangerous at the later stages when they think there are fine.

The after effects of the earlier activities sometimes show up, and the only way to escape from it all is to exercise on a regular basis. Due to working conditions, professionals have to be before their computer desks for hours, which affects their lower back as the pressure is direct on the lower back and not on any other bodily part. When the lower back of an individual is affected, it indirectly affects the work of the individual as the entire concentration would be on the pain and not on the work. Therefore, the lower back needs to be taken good care of.

It is a known fact that women multitask, trying to manage the home and even their professional activities, therefore, for them it becomes necessary for them to keep fit, especially to keep their lower back fit. Their basic chores involve bending, sitting and moving fast so as to accomplish all the possible task taken up by them, for which they need to have a perfectly functioning body which is possible only if they do certain exercises to keep them self fit and fine, so that they could continue performing all the tasks at home and even at work. Definitely, they should be carrying heavy things if they have issues with their lower back, instead they must ask someone to do it for them. Lower back issues can prove dangerous, as, one would have to be on bed for a long period of time if required precautions and medication is not taken. Proper exercise is the perfect solution for this particular problem.
