When people run to and fro on the roof or do those stunts challenging death, this is not parkour at all and most people all mislead the essence of parkour.
Parkour is the improvement of a one-person's moving skills which need elegance and controlling ability and equipped high efficiency and needs self-showing. Under any occasions there is a possibility for these targets to fulfill. Parkour as well decides on development and improvement of the body and exercise to become stronger, faster and higher efficiency. In a word it means to be healthy. You must have such an idea during the exercise. The aim is to exercise your physique as much as possible and avoid the effects of injuries effectively. It is to weight advantages and disadvantages or assess the crisis or make use of effective skills to go through every obstacle safely and all the goals of traceur are moving random. Environment is the key point which skillfully grasps the relation between bodies and environment.
