And you should not expect any applause or eye sights from others by a high jump. When people run to and fro on the roof or do those stunts challenging death, this is not parkour at all and most people all mislead the essence of parkour.
Parkour is the refining of a sole person moving skills which need elegance and controlling ability. And this sport equips with high efficiency and it also needs showing ourselves. Under any occasions there is a possibility for these targets to fulfill. It also depends on the development and improvement of the physical condition. We can be stronger, faster and higher efficiency through exercising. And we can be healthy through this sport in a word. Therefore it means that you have an idea which to exercise our own physical condition as much as possible and to avoid injures effectively during the exercise. It is to weight advantages and disadvantages or assess the crisis or make use of effective skills to go through every obstacle safely and all the goals of traceur are moving random. Environment is the key point which skillfully grasps the relation between bodies and environment.
