When people run to and fro on the roof or do those stunts challenging death, this is not parkour at all and most people all mislead the essence of parkour.
Parkour is the refining of a sole person moving skills which need elegance and controlling ability. And this sport equips with high efficiency and it also needs showing ourselves. Under any occasions there is a possibility for these targets to fulfill. Parkour as well decides on development and improvement of the body and exercise to become stronger, faster and higher efficiency. In a word it means to be healthy. Therefore it means that you have an idea which to exercise our own physical condition as much as possible and to avoid injures effectively during the exercise. The target of parkour is to weigh advantages and assess crisis and make use of effective skills to go through each obstacle safely. The target of all traceur can move freely.
