In life we are given all kinds of animals to eat. Starting from fish in the sea, birds in the air, until the four-legged animals on the land. But not all of them are good for our health. If you agree with my opinion there is some advice that may be useful for you.

I start from pork. Pork is bad for health, why? Intuitively a pig will eat everything that it could find. Started from tubers, mushrooms even garbage and rotting flesh will be eaten. Everything you give to a pig will be eaten. My friend called the pig as a vacuum cleaner of the world. And because it was eating garbage then the body and the meat contain bacteria and parasites.

Several parasites that live in the body of pig such as Solium Taenia worm that live in the intestines ,Trichinia spiral worm, Schistosoma japonicus worm. In addition if left in the open air of the first rotten meat is pork, followed by lamb and the last is beef. But if the meat is cooked, then the slowest cooking is pork. Plus pork also contains high levels of fat, that's the reason why bacon is so delicious.

Catfish also have a bad effect like a pig. If pig served as ...
... a janitor at the land then in rivers and lakes there are catfish on duty. It eats garbage in its ecosystem. More dirty the river, larger the catfish. Shells and shrimp should also be avoided. Since shells and shrimp live in groups on the seabed, where human garbage and industrial waste assembled. The concentration of bacteria and toxic substances on the seabed causing shells and shrimp contaminated, in contrast to the fish that swim above.

Then we can take eagle and crow as an example of the bird that should not be consumed by humans, not like the chicken and duck. It because both kinds of the bird are eating the carcass of other animals. If we eat one of these animals then the decomposers will enter our body. And then decomposers will destroy the digestive organs of our body slowly. This would be very bad for our digestive system and health.

Conclusions that I can say if we want to be stay healthy then start choosing healthy foods as our menu. Multiply eat fruits and vegetables, and try to eat less meat. Finally I hope my article can be useful for you. Find also other healthy living guide in the http://www.fitness-degree.com
