Addiction intervention is a stage where the addict feel good that those who love him they care for him and try to make him recover, in this way the person can realize that how much important is he for his well wishers. The purpose of addiction intervention is that the person needs to be taken to any rehab center where he will be motivated by the therapists and it will be accepted by him that to give up this harmful habit he has come for treatment. Addiction intervention can be divided into two categories, informal & formal. In case of informal intervention it is not mandatory that the person should be taken for the professional treatment only but someone who is very close to that very addict should convey his or her suggestion but before that he should have that much of awareness that he can make realize the addict that how much it is effecting his life.
