For people who are over 35, it is okay for them to check their bodies one time or get the agreement from their family doctors. For almost all the people before they start to run they could do a little exercise. They could improve their health conditions gradually. When problems hide in the running process, there will be some signs, like chest pain, dizziness or other feelings. After doing running they have a rest for one hour. At this time they have no reason to feel tired any more. Too violent running exercises would exhaust runners even if they have already rested for one hour after running. If thus phenomenon comes out, it shows that the running exercise is too violent. Runners should lighten the running exercise and decrease the intensity. So we should not run too violent, or it will harm our health. According to our health condition we can lay down different running plans.
