Resolving Team Conflict In A Constructive Way

Well, it is quite common to find conflicts among team members, but if it is left without being resolved, it can even lead to serious problems later. It all starts as a personality clash between the team members. But, it is the duty of the team leader to settle things immediately rather than prolonging the issue. If it is left without settlement for long, it can create a negative impact on the entire team which can even affect the performance of the team at large.
