We can easily replace our doors by some easy steps without facing any problems.
Following are some steps which can help us for replacing our doors.

Older door should be removed first carefully without damaging the doorframe. With the help of wedge take off the weight and hinges after taking off them cleanly unscrew them or knock out the pin.

Take out the hinges by simply unscrewing them. Hinges can be reused if you are using a similar door as replacement. Buffing and painting can be done on the old doors to give them shine and more attractive look.
Fit new hinges with screws. Screws which you are using for installing the hinges should be long enough to go through the frame and Stud-wall.

If needed you can trim the new door, as a pattern of the correct size you can use the old door or take measurements for the size.

Cut out the area for the top and bottom hinges. One thing is very important while preparing the new door is that the measurement should be exact or the door will not hang as it should be. Mark the hinge locations by a square and a pencil. Use the hinge to trace onto the door, to clean up the area and make the indentation for the hinge in the wood.

Apply wood sealant to the edges of the door and attach the hinges with wood screws.

Suspend the door and make sure that it is leveled and close the door, then mark the middle hinge area where it hits. Now ready the door for the middle hinge similarly you did previously with the top and bottom hinges.

Install the door knob and finish hanging the door.
