Their very popular Lalaloopsy line of dolls, all of which were fervently sought after by young girls everywhere in 2010, has greatly expanded during just the first few months of 2011. The new dolls and accessories have been very well received by Lalaloopsy enthusiasts, and it looks like the popularity of these dolls will stay strong through Christmas of 2011.

Several new characters have been added to this well beloved line of dolls. For the budding environmentalist, there’s Blossom Flowerpot, whose outfit was sewn from the scraps of gardeners gloves. In addition to the full sized Lalaloopsy characters, there’s also a specialty Easter Lalaloopsy mini doll named Cotton Hoppalong, whose outfit was sewn from the scraps of a pair of bunny slippers. But MGA Entertainment hasn’t just limited themselves to creating new characters. They’ve also come out with new fashion packs such as the Swimsuit Fashion Pack, the Pajama Fashion Pack, and the Red Party Dress Fashion Pack. They’ve also introduced adorable pencil toppers of several of the Lalaloopsy dolls and their pets.

Two of the pets of the Lalaloopsy dolls have even been made into plush dolls complete with their own accessories. Jewel Sparkles’ little pet persian cat and Crumbs Sugar Cookie’s little pet mouse can now be cuddled and played with like any other stuffed animal. They have interchangeable ears, tails, and eyes, and come with appropriate wearable accessories.

There are certain to be many more wonderful innovations coming from the world of Lalaloopsy in the coming months.
