Since it is the client’s interest at stake, it would be more reasonable if the client had a say in choosing the barrister to represent him.

Now, a client is free to engage the barrister services of those whom he or she thinks can aptly represent his causes. While all barristers are specialists, it is a good thing to know that you can choose your advocate.
