Most of our problems result from our hearts, they are not due to accident, bad luck, or other cause, is the habit of thinking we are weak and created problems. Here are some methods to help you away from problems.

Do not be a perfectionist.

Life is not left black except white, most of the time, which means that life in a natural state. If you want to find the perfect job, you may never find. Meanwhile, other people do not look so good. Perfectionism is a mental sickness, which will destroy all your happiness, making you pursuit goals you cannot reach in your whole life.

Do not over-enlarge difficulty or failures.

One or two setbacks does not mean you will failure forever, meanwhile, several succeed does not mean you are a genius. They are not representing a continuing trend.

Avoid stereotyping or labeling to look people and things.

Do not self-righteous

The more you talking about those things of the past in your heart, the more you feel bad, those things become heavier. Let the past be the past, and then you can remove the burden of the past.
