There are different types of opioids and in fact there are even natural opioids that are produced in our bodies as well. However, the concentration of these substances is normally too low to compete with synthetic opioids such as Tramadol that provide the same effects only to a wider extent. But using these substances without doctor supervision is highly discouraged because they can harm the body if used in a wrong way.
