Purple Amaranth: It has functions of anti-radiation, anti-mutation and antioxidant, which are related with selenium. Selenium is an important trace element and it can improve the ability against radiation.

Green tea: Polyphenols in green tea could not only prevent cancer and remove the free radicals, but also resist radiation. Drink green tea every day is beneficial to the body health. Tea also contains lipopolysaccharide which can improve the hematopoietic function, increase platelets and white blood cells and so on.
