A headache is defined as a pain in the head or upper neck. It is one of the most common sites of pain in the body and has many causes. Headache can be chronic, recurrent, or occasionally.
The pain may be mild or severe enough to disrupt daily activities. Headaches that the network of nerve fibers in the tissues, muscles and blood vessels located in the head and skull base.

Drink a glass of water (hot water in winter and cool in summer), mixed with a teaspoon of honey first thing in the morning is also a good remedy. Drink plenty of water throughout the day is also advised.
